Amazon sellers

So like usual I bought most of my school books from Amazon sellers. Usually, there is one who ships slower than the rest but this semester there are two are causing massive headaches.

The first guy won't ship and won't reply to emails. The ship window passed late last week and nothing. Tonight I might have to file an a-z claim. The second guy is in NJ shipped my books through media mail (way to make money off shipping)and USPS appears to have lost them. They left Jersey City at around midnight on Monday. Since then nothing! Seller just keeps sending obviously boilerplate emails. Does anyone else use Amazon on a regular basis? If so are they being more problematic than usual?

Media mail is 4th class which means they get delivered when the letter carrier feels like it. Could take 5 to 6 days. If you bought from independent sellers using Amazon's website then Amazon isn't causing the problem, the sellers are.

Late to the discussion, sorry. I have used Amazon sellers extensively for professional publications & have had no problems. Amazon has a very active feedback function & I suggest that you make use of it.

    Hey no problem!

So the NJ guy's books finally made it into Brooklyn today. That's a week for the books to come over a freaking river. I'm definitely leaving at least neutral feedback for him.

I'm really irked at Amazon. I can't file a claim until the guy either ships my books or the delivery window closes. So it's possible that he can ship them on the last day. it's looking like I'm going to have to go to the campus bookstore and let them shake me until every last dime falls out.
