You are now for lease.

And your absence means that businesses nearby can apply for full alcohol licenses, that could not before. ....causing a domino effect.

Are you ready Classon Avenue?

    Isn't that Classon and Bergen?

How old is that picture? Tony's Pizza Delight hasn't been there in awhile..

You are correct, it is at Classon and Bergen (not St. Marks). I've changed the title.

I'm not sure how old the photo is, I just pulled it from the listing. Yes, currently the corner is the site of Pasha Pizza.

Pasha seems to have been around since 2011. http://www.seamless.com/food-delivery/pasha-pizza-pita-brooklyn.18918.r#user-reviews-tab

So, the photo might be from 2010?

Awesome, now Shoestring Press can be a printing shop/bar! Sounds very Brooklyn!

We seem to be getting a lot of artsy type places.

How so? It makes some sense along the northern parts of the neighborhood that are zoned for light manufacturing.

I don't mind the artsy places. As someone who does not own a car, I never used the auto repair places that seem to be closing rapidly.I may miss hearing the music coming from the storefront churches, but I think I'll adjust ok.
