    After the Aristocrates displace the hard working upper managers from Park Slope, the upper managers displace the middle managers from Prospect Heights.

    Then the middle managers displace people with graduate degrees from FauxCro, who -in turn- displace people who live in places that used to be regarded as NoGo.
