Old Brewery Site on Franklin Ave is For Sale

The old brewery site on Franklin Ave was just listed for sale last week. 100,000sf of development rights for $18million. This is the full-block-wide site on Franklin between Dean and Bergen. Those decrepit old buildings will be a thing of the past soon.
