1426 Bedford Avenue

I couldn't find a thread on this building, but if there is one, excuse the new thread. This building is across the street from the once beer distributor, now ELK Medical center and Catfish. Used to be a bodega, and there has been work being done for a few months now. New door is up and work on te facade has been done. Here's what the property looked like before:

Anyone know what's going on there?

In comparison to this EVEN OLDER photo, it looks like the whole building was upgraded.

I see new windows...

It will become a fancy deli!
