Extra giant bag of dog food -- is there an animal shelter that will take it?

I have a 40lb bag of dry dog food. Unopened. Does anyone know if there is a place where I can donate it in the neighborhood?

    Yeah, but Sean Casey is on the other side of Prospect Park, if I remember correctly.

    I bet the ASPCA would take it too but that's on the Upper East Side.

    What about that new animal hospital outpost on Franklin?
