The main thread for 1000 Dean is closed, but they just signed their biggest lease yet: 9,000 square feet for guitar string maker D'Addario, which will use the space as offices for its music foundation and also for recording and video studio http://www.nydailynews.com/life-style/real-estate/crown-heights-office-incubator-scores-biggest-tenant-article-1.2040943

It sounds like they are going in the 4th floor. Like 1st floor (where the Flea is located) it is not partitioned.
