Pierre Loti, Turkish Wine Bar, opens Wednesday (Jan 22) at 78 Fifth Avenue

This is the 4th location for the partners (Orhan Cakir, Burak Argun and Ismail Topal). The other three are in Manhattan. Old and New World wines and small plates, plus more Mediterranean-inspired fare on the menu now.
