Lot up for Auction, Washington Avenue

Yesterday I saw a sign that a small lot on Washington Avenue will be sold at a public auction. Here is an image that shows the lot on the tax map: The lot is right next to 975 Washington Avenue and the Franklin Avenue shuttle tracks.
