Lot up for Auction, Washington Avenue

I saw a sign that there is a lot on Washington Avenue that will be for sale at a public auction. The location of the lot is noted here in this image: The triangle-shaped lot is next to 975 Washington Avenue and the Franklin Avenue shuttle.

I've seen that sign, and wondered if the lot is big enough to build anything profitable on.I don't think it is.

I've seen For Sale signs on that lot for several years.The parcel is so small, I don't know if anything could be profitably built there.
