Looking for ideas for brunch...have some friends coming to check out my new digs over the next few weekends and want to have some good ideas for brunch specifically.

Any dishes that really wowed you? I'm near Fulton & Grand so things in the area would be great, but Dekalb/Lafayette or west Bed-Stuy ideas are great, too.

Great topic. I have not tried Kush or Le Toukouleur, but I am definitely into checking out both.

Question--kid friendly or not a good time?

i've been to maggie brown's twice now for brunch and both times i've been very pleased. the staff is friendly, the food is divine, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is cozy. i love maggie brown's!

Mrs. C and I did some walking around on DeKalb and on Fulton the other day and collected a whole bunch of menus from places we want to try.

had brunch today at kush and it was delicious. the corn grits are heavenly. also got to cure my out of town guest's craving of a celebrity sighting...cutie pie adrian grenier was at the next table. :-)

recognizable diners aside, i highly recommend kush!
