I am in contract with an apt. at belltel but i don't feel comfortable with it. The contract doesn't seem fair for many reasons. Am I the only one that feels this way?

I'd like to know why you think so. I'm reviewing a contract right now. What seems unusual or out of place?

Fair is a bit vague. What is it that's bothering you about the contract. Maybe I can be of some assistance. I've been in contract for a while now.

I'm about to put in an offer at Belltel and you haven't said why you (Joy1) feel its not fair.

My understanding is that Joy is now in contract (or at least there's another Joy who had concerns about the fairness of the purchase agreement who has since gone into contract). There's a thread on Curbed where such a person posted... so I assume its the same person. So I guess she got over her concerns.
