Canal Bar??

I know it's not "technically" in Park Slope, but has anyone been to this place, it's on 3rd Ave around President...

I was there last summer for a birthday party and it was OK. The drinks were a little more than comparable bars nearby but the beers were about the same. But I haven't been back since.

I'm not so crazy about it. They don't do anything that Motor City wasn't doing 15 years ago. Meh

I live down the block from there and was psyched that i was gonna have a local bar when i saw it opening.
went in the first day they opened and they were cool. went back periodically over the year and decided that place is the worst, the owner sucks, the bartenders are pushy
truly a let down.
