Found Cat: Jubilee?!

Hi my roomate found a very adorable female kitten on Classon and Monroe St. She repsonds to the name Jubilee sometimes. Its orange with white stripes and paws. pics will be arriving soon. She's in need of her rightfull owners or a happy new home. Would love to take her in permanently but our other roomie has killer allergies.
