looking for apartment painters

i'm busy, lazy and a little retarded when i comes to home repair stuff and i'd love to pay some guys to paint a room in my new apt. i have a few numbers/listings that i've found but hesitate to commit to one without a recommendation from someone. has anyone had any luck with that?
