Unfortunately, it is.
They're generally in the vicinity of Bartel-Pritchard Square.

I once made a mistake of sitting in the square (across the street from the Pavilion Movie theater) and a couple of women who seemed quite high on something asked my boyfriend and I for some money. They got way too close and so we left.

Actually, the site is quite good in that it makes a very clear and convincing presentation. Too bad it deals with not-so-stalwart citizens of God's country.

It appears most of the junkies have been replaced by a group homeless men and armory chics, that on any day congregate,to get drunk and fight with each other in Bartel Prichard Sq.
Why are they not being chased and why does Fields Liquor store on 16th st. continue to sell liquor to them when they stumble into his store every day?
