New... something... on Carlton and St. Marks

I walked by what looks like a new restaurant currently under construction at the corner of Carlton and St. Marks today.

Anyone know anything about this?

is that where the bodega used to be? there was a prior thread on this somewhere i think. it seems like such an odd location for a restaurant.

Is this the former Peralta store that's turning into a French restaurant?

I'm not sure what it was before. It looks pretty upscale though. A French restaurant seems plausible.
