a towing service that actually is open and has tow trucks???

drivers continue to park in front of the parking garage of the condos on underhill between dean and pacific. everytime i call the 3 tow services in the neighborhood, either 1. nobody answers, or 2. no one has a tow truck available.

can anyone help out with a tow service that actually does their job?

I thought you just call the cops if they are blocking your driveway/garage and the city does the towing. Is this not how it works?

If not, you may try contacting some of the bigger towing companies to set up a contract with them to give them the exclusive. This way it's prearranged and they will see you as a repeat customer rather than a one off so you may get priority service.

check in the bar - its probably someone in there.

ben, i've called 311 and they can only come and give the car a ticket. they say to call a towing company.

stacey, thanks for the suggestion, but it gets tiring after 4 or 5 times. plus one time the bartender was like, 'how the heck am i supposed to find out?' it's not like they can stop the music, take out a bullhorn and ask someone to move their car..

plus it's happened at all times of day, so it's a shot in the dark that they're in the bar.

Why not call the tow company that the homes (On Underhill bet. Dean and Bergen) use. I think their number is posted on the no parking signs they have on the entrance to their parking areas. Good luck.
