The BF and I finally got off our lazy butts to enjoy the warm weekend in Prospect Park, what with the reading in the Park coupled with lots of shopping for yummy things at the Greenmarket.

That's all, just wanted to say hi and yay for spring!

I'm loving watching the trees flower, there's a row of pear trees on Franklin Ave that have started flowering. It's cool though since it started with the one closest to Pacific, and followed the line to the last. With each day the next tree was blooming.

I'm always taking pictures of flowers that I send to my mom to ask what they are. She's a horticulturist and got tired of listening to me try to describe them. I haven't managed to stump her yet but I'm going to keep trying!

    Happy Spring!

I know. The last few months seemed to go on forever. We'll be bitching about humidity and all the kids hanging around soon enough.
