there is a dog breaking my heart right now.

i can't sleep.

there is a dog who every few minutes or so cries loudly and frighteningly as if to say hey don't forget me, help me...

i can hear him as if he is sitting outside of my window even though i am on a 4th floor walk up.

i am on the northwest corner of of washington and prospect place in prospect heights.

please, if this is your dog, let him in!!

can anyone else hear the cries?

what can i do to help? i am not even sure where he is...he sounds lost, stuck, scared, something. please advise.

awww maybe someone left him home alone .

He migth have been left alone.
Unless you're sure of where he was, I don't think anyone can do much about it. So sad though.
