monkey sound?

anyone hear something that sounds like a monkey screeching on lincoln place btw new york and brooklyn ave?

it could be a crazy sounding dog, but i swear it's closer to a monkey

thoughts?

I also live on Lincoln between Brooklyn and New York and I'm guessing that what you are hearing is cat sex. There are a couple of stray cats around, and one of them seems to be in heat-- she's been howling at all hours. My own cat freaks out every time she hears her.

Or it could have been a neighbor watching The Simpsons really loudly. There are a LOT of monkeys on that show.
