Subject: How's life in Coney Island?

I am a former Coney Islander and miss it like crazy! Can anyone tell me how life is these days there? I'm stuck in San Diego :(

    I only miss the Cyclone. It was the only roller coaster I've ever been on that felt like it was gonna fall apart. That is why its also the most scary, puts the Nitro to shame.

    Love the Cyclone. I am in Coney Island at least 3 nights a week, and love it. Summer on the boardwalk has never been better. We'll see this summer though ... with Astroland out, not sure what is going to happen with all the redevelopment they've been talking about.

    I miss just about everything about Coney Island: great atmosphere, hand ball and paddle courts, sea food, hot dogs & French fries, and the old Steeple Chase.
