Does anyone know of local mechanics who service Volvos? Do any Volvo owners recommend a specific mechanic? We would like to see a mechanic in Brooklyn if possible.

I woud use Lorenzutti, he is between 3rd & 4th Ave on Douglas? (not sure exactly which street) He works on a lot of Volvos and we had good service from him on our old Mercedes.

Thanks! Do you happen to know if he will hit the reset switches after doing work? Typically Volvo dealers reset these switches after work is done, and some mechanics won't do this. My service light and check engine light need to be reset :-p

No he won't. You have to go to a dealer for that. He is a good mechanic but he is definitely PRICEY.
