sign @ lincoln and new york

walking to the subway this morning, i noticed a sign taped to the street light on new york ave. on the corner of lincoln. though i did not read it in its entirety, i do know that it was a warning about a "pervert in the neighborhood" who had been masturbating in public.

i should also note that the sign was hand-written and didn't seem too "official."

does anyone have any information they could share? thanks!

I saw one last weekend on St. Johns and New York. I dunno, but there seemed to be a lot of detailed information listed on the flyer.
