Can anyone recommend a licensed massage therapist in PS vicinity(Swedish massage)? - I'm dealing with neck/back issue from prolonged non-ergonomic computer usage.

Carole at Element Spa on 5th Ave (near St. Mark's?). Got a really good massage from her last month.

    Subject: Opal on 5th

The therapists at Opal are excellent. They don't have a receptionist but are excellent about returning calls the same day. My husband goes for back pain and has been really happy with them as well.

D'mai Urban Spa on 5th ave!!!

Ask for the therapist named Chad. AMAZING. I've had lower back problems AND the computer neck shoulder thing everytime i'm working on a long job. He has done miraculous things. Very calm, soothing and theraputic.

D'mai in general is wonderful. it's beautiful, clean and the friendliest spa i've ever been to (i've been to quite a few). There is no pretense. And if you want the best facial ever - ask for Shin (sp?). But go to Chad, get a 1hr and you will feel amazing!
