Anyone can recommend me a housecleaner for my studio apt?

My housecleaner is super flaky and has postponed the past 3 appointments. I would REALLY appreciate if anyone can send me info on a person they've used for their home and are happy with their work. (Deep cleaning, efficient and non flaky is all I ask) You could either post or send me a private message with thei contact info, rates,anything I should know, etc. The sooner the better.

has anyone used these folks? I would LOVE to hire this group but I just want to be sure they're as good as they say they are.
