Another question about the St. Marks building

Does anyone find Nancy in the rental office to be VERY rude??? Or is it just me???

i've only interacted with her once or twice, but i thought she was pretty nice...welcomed us to the building and all. the other guy, mike, is pretty quiet, but he seems cool. i only see him when i pick up packages.

i doubt you'll see nancy very often anyway. if you have any issues with the apartment and stuff, you just call ned, the super, and he's really sweet and always available.

when're you moving in?

ps: i think i might be the only other person on this board living there, so you can pm me if you want, to not make new posts to everyone. several other people live in the jewish.

I'm moving into 699 classon this coming weekend, so i'm interested in posts about the building(s) too.

this is a different building, not the jewish hospital. we're across the street on st. marks.
