Something next to/above Caree at Vanderbilt and Park?

When I was walking home yesterday I spied a very new-looking entrance to the building that houses Caree Cleaners, on the Park Place side of the building. Anyone know if anything's going on there? There used to be a sign for a Head Start, but that hasn't seemed to be in operation for as long as I've lived here, and I think the sign is gone now.

Personally, I'm hoping for an additional gym, but mostly I'm just curious.
