empty storefronts on dekalb btwn Cumberland and Carlton?

Does anybody know what's opening in these storefronts that are under renovation? One is the former LocationLocationLocation and the other was...also a real estate office? Thanks!

I know that Location Location Location moved to South Portland between Lafayette and Fulton, but other than that, no clue. Would love to hear any rumors though.

Location Location spot is slated to be a "European style" cafe -- whatever that means.
