who are your neighbors?

Every couple of months atleast one of the apartments in my building is awaiting a new tenant or tenants. I look out my window when the moving truck arrives and hope for a tall, dark, handsome and well adjusted STRAIGHT male in his late 20's or early 30's but it never happens its usually a group of female roomates or a gay couple or couples.
There is one guy who lives on my block that has caught my eye. He's not really tall but he's dark and clean cut and he's always giving me the eye, plus he's a Mets fan which is aces in my book. I'm thinking of using that as my conversation starter, what do you think? "Hell of a game last night, huh?"
I think I'm gonna have to work on that one.
I have a neighbor that doesn't realize I can see him masterbating in front of his laptop at night....or do you think that turns him on?
Last time I saw him by the mailboxes I said: "Hey, how's it hangin' "
And I laughed , and I laughed.
I have a neighbor that I let their son feel me up (and then some) when I was in junior high
and they caught me running out of their house when they arrived home early one day, and now I can't help but to blush when I see them on the block.
So Who are your neighbors?

I think I've gathered that there are a few cute women living upstairs. It will take some more time before I ascertain whether or not they're a couple.

Not bad, but you're going to hafta wait until the Mets don't get blown out.

I'm already sick of Lastings friggin' Milledge. If I see him standing in right with that stupid look on his face after he makes a bonehead play one more time, I'm gonna...well, say some bad words or something. Sad part is they'll give him more of a shot than he deserves because he's been so hyped.

ok, this isn't meant to be a downer... but you DO NOT want to date anyone in your building (i wouldn't even date anyone on my street).

i made the mistake of dating a new guy in my coop, at least i thought we were dating. then i came home one night and heard all these weird noises coming from his bathroom (i can see it because we share an air shaft). then i noticed that in the window of the bathroom was the candle i'd given him as a housewarming gift. suffice it to say, what happened next wasn't pretty.

and it was miserable for a very, very long time because i had to run into him, hear him, think about running into him/hearing him constantly.

ergo, in my experience this isn't a good idea

was the noise coming from your neighbor with a girl or a guy?

Maybe there was a logical explanation and the whole thing was a misunderstanding like in Three's Company

yeah, i don't see jack and chrissy and janet in a candlelit bathroom, moaning and sighing and telling the other how good it feels to be together.

I accepted it. but I wouldn't give him a key, and thankfully our doormen didn't have keys. I mean, I wanted to 'date' other people, too. he was just a convenient 4 a.m. massage.:lol:

I'm shocked such a reality show does not already exist.

Shall we pitch it to MTV?

Nah, once we get all the hot ladies on TV too many guys will want to move here. You want the right people to move in --not the 6.2 million reality TV watchers from all over the country that will boost real estate demand.

oh no I did not say anything about "dating"......(wink)(wink).
I was raised with 3 older brothers so I inherited their game.

btw, today another neighbor is moving out.
    hmmm...I wonder who is next

the show should have like park slopers date and than they have to pick out the gays/lesbians and marry people out of their dates. this way if they pick wrong they get kick off the dating park slope circuit or something.

hey someone pitch it to a tv show. hmm i bet someone who works for someone probably reads these boards hehe.

i want a date out of this!!! if this gets a show :P.
