I learn something about my neighbor the mechanic. He puts a chair out near my property and guys just hang out infront of my building and sits there all the time. now with the fence up they sit on the fence. *sighs sight for sore eyes.

At least it's just a chair and they haven't pulled the couch out there yet.

you could always gather their trash, package it up neatly, and return with a note such as "oops! i found something i think belongs to you! best wishes, armchair."

You might want to look into a feature that many people include in their homes, known as locks.
