Resources for Health Information

OK I promise this is my last post.

I have to provide information about the following areas, but I'm not sure where to find this information. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

Prenatal Care availablility and use
Emergency Services availablitly and use
Health Education Services availability and adequacy
Health Care Financing (insurance coverage, tax support, etc)

Again, NYS Dept of Health site. There is a ton of info there. Just look at all the links, you will find all that you need.

This has to be specific to 11215 though
