Seeking a brilliant landscaper w/innovative ideas

New construction has created privacy issues in my back yard. I am looking for a landscaper that can collaborate with me in designing a peaceful oasis in an increasingly chaotic situation. I'll need help with screening views and hardscaping. I'm an avid gardener and already have ideas about what I want to do, but I need someone experienced to give input, generate more ideas as appropriate, and make it happen.

Does this describe anyone you know? Veets, I'm particularly looking at you...

I meant to say, we have a neighbor on our block who does consulting and planting...paid. Her backyard space is amazing!
