The Griffin?

Does anyone know much about or actually live in The Griffin? I know there are the new fancy condos on the ground floor, but what are the upper floors like? I'm wondering if the upper floor apartments are really small or if the building in general is as nice as it seems from the outside.

There are a large number of studios in the building. I don't know the actual mix but I think there are more studios than anything else.
