I wanted to go, but got caught up in houseguests . . . did 12,000 people show up?

I don't know if it was 12,000 exactly, but they were definitely turning people away at the gate.

I couldn't convince my kids that this was a cool thing worth blowing off video games for, lol. I saw the set up from Brooklyn Bridge though and snapped a pic around noonish or so. It looked pretty intense.
