Open a restaurant?

Hello, all: I am a cook/chef/wine person, and have been thinking of opening a place of my own. I am moving to Crown Heights early next month. My idea is a small place, small bar, select, affordable wine list, seasonal, honest food. But, I will need financial backers. If anyone shares my interest, please respond here. Thanks

Walk into Tavern on Nostrand (near President) and ask for David. It's his restaraunt. He;s very entreprenuerial in the area and might like to hear you out and ofer suggestions. He's also a real nice guy.
