jewish hospital- so how is it?

Is getting there easy?
How long is the travel to mid town?
Any help would be appreciated.
Any one know of any apartments any where for rent?
My nephew is looking - he's good looking and will almost never be home because he will be working a lot!

I remember people had a lot of problems with hot water (maybe also heat?) a while back, but haven't heard anything about it.

I moved in just a few weeks ago and have no complaints so far. Do wish there was laundry in the building for how much it costs, but that's pretty minor all things considered.
