There is, or used to be, a store on the east side of 5th Ave. that sold letterpress cards (like birthday cards) and other stationery stuff. It's either no longer there or I can't remember the cross street. Anyone else remember this place and know where it is/was?

I'm guessing it's one on Fifth Ave between President and Garfield (that's two blocks, with two stores on opposite sides of the street)

Scaredy Cat RULES!!! I always find the perfect little gifts, and their most refined taste influences are enjoyed throughout the store. Every thing I get there I adore.

Having already gotten very thoroughly drenched once today, I think I'm going to wait until tomorrow to make this expedition... will report back then.

I just got so many great gifts for my daughter at Scaredy Kat. A book, a puzzle, a little coin purse, all sorts of cool little toys. Highly recommend.

The gift/card store on my block is closing down if you want to buy a lot of stuff for no money. Not sure if it's any good though, I've never been inside.

Scaredy Kat rules so hard. Yes it's still open, I was just there a few weeks ago.
