New business at Washington and St. Marks?

Anyone know what's going into the building across St. Marks from Gen? The one with the wooden framed windows/doors?

it's looked like that for a long while now...so not necessarily anything soon.

Ahhh...but I saw a permit on the door and someone doing construction in there a couple of days ago. Hence, my growing curiosity...
