Wonder what happen on Park Pl Bet Nos NY

I heard Loud screaming about 9:50am and lots of sirens, I looked out the window and saw numerous cops running towards newyork then more cop cars and sirens. I hope no one got hurt.

I was walking out of my house at about the same time on Park Place bet. Nostrand and NY. I subsequently heard that somebody crashed a stolen SUV into the apartment building on the corner of Sterling Pl and NY Ave. at about this time. I dunno if they're related.
