Lucky 13 saloon: will you let me sleep at night?

Hi,

I am thinking about subletting a room across the street from The Lucky 13 Saloon on 13th street (5/6th ave.). Will this place let me sleep at night?? or it is a very noisy bar until the wee hours? do the noise and visitors of the bar hang out in the street to chat and smoke? In one word, is it a ok street despite the bar or is the Lucky 13 making it hell for people nearby wanting to sleep??

I am new to the neighborhood so any feedback/comments from residents of the area would be really helpful and soo appreciated!

I live on the next block and tend to walk by Lucky 13 at night. It's never seemed loud to me, but someone sleeping nearby may disagree with me. A good thing is that Lucky 13 doesn't tend to get huge crowds like other, noisier bars in the neighborhood.

why sleep when ya can just go inside lucky 13? they have mortal combat and decent house beer!

I don't mind doing that if that means I can sleep afterwards without having to deal with a noisy bar/clientele across the street. I do have to get up at 6am for work everyday so you might understand my concern...

Anyone living on 13th street who could give me feedbacks on the bar?
