Hey I am moving to Bed-Stuy and want to know what restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc are in the area...around gates/tompkins.

    You're in an area that is seeing some great changes. Tompkins has a bike lane and I often ride over there to visit some of the great shops. On Tompkins alone you have Ibo Landing (furniture), Debonaire (clothing), Brooks Valley Restaurant, and Nature's Twist (juice/sorbet cafe).

    The Tiny Cup is near to you on Nostrand and Clifton and The Jazz Spot on 175 Marcus Garvey has a nice show thisSat. at 9:00pm. I love Le Toukouleur, but that shit Maggie is pulling is really stupid and useless.
