Another white discharge in the Atlantic Yards footprint

Okay, this is weird. A few months ago, there was a discharge of the emergency fire retardant at the gas station on Flatbush & Dean. I was there and photographed it. See:

so thats what that was. i was getting into the Bergen 2/3 and couldn't see Dean st. one block away because of a dense white cloud. I started to walk towards it to see what it was, but then thought better of it and went into the station. they need to fix that.

It could just be due to all the chlamydia cases in the neighborhood.
