Shared office space

Does anyone know of office space we can share? We are a small non-profit, GallopNYC, working with horses and persons with disabilities at Kensington Stables. We need some place with a desk and a file cabinet. It does not have to be on the street level we do not get walk in traffic.

I don't know of a specific space available, but an email list I'm subscribed to, Nonsense-NYC, always has a section devoted to spaces available -- sometimes offices, other times artists' studios or apartments. So maybe you should check it out. It's also a great list to belong to in order to learn about weird art events and happenings, and it only comes out once a week so it doesn't clog your inbox. About 225 sqft, 3rd floor elevator building, A/C, internet. You will have your own private space with your own entrance and keys.

How much does the space rent for?

Shared office space... sounds like my desk. But then, I'm the receptionist, so I'd be pretty much on display no matter what the layout.
