Warning - This is gross

I know that there is nothing that I can do about this, but I've been finding kotex along with other garbage in my yard for a while. I've also found it out in front of the building. I was pretty sure that I knew who it was. There is an elderly lady who lives on the third floor. I found out for sure last night. I was sitting outside on the deck, and plop, down came a urine soaked pad - right into my tomato plant.

Anyway now that I have your attention: I finally started cleaning up my back yard with a rake - glass, leaves, weeds, used kotex, cans and condom wrappers, leaving behind a layer of unpleasant dusty dirt. I have a shaded yard so grass is out of the question. I want to cover up the dirt with some kind of cheap plastic grass yard or astro-turf. Anyone know where I can buy that? Do they carry it at Lowes or Home Depot?

Yes, both Lowes & HD, but why...yuck!

There are PLENTY of shade tolerant ground covers you could purchase. It may even not be too late to get them in before the winter.

PM me if you want some suggestions.

    And yes, the elderly lady...gross!

I am muy disgusted. I have no idea what to do about it.

I picked up those cheap ass green turf things at Home Depot. Next year, I'll think about ground cover but somehow I don't know if I can hang in that long.
