damage from storm?

Just wondering if anybody experienced damage to their home or property in the storm/tornado? It seems like the portion of Sunset Park near Bay Ridge was hit pretty hard, though my neck of the woods seems OK (41st at 7th). Here's hoping nobody experienced downed trees, roofs ripped off, or damage to their cars....Also wondering if anyone knows of any opportunities for helping out those who lost their homes/portions of their homes?

22 families have been displace in SSP, many houses damaged...even worse in Bay Ridge. No damage I heard of within GWH, though a derelict building in South Slope on Jackson Place 3/4 collapsed. neighbors had to be vacated.

Subject: where is alt side parking suspended due to storm cleanup?

curious about where the city drew the lines, but can't find it online thus far . . .
