Shark and Bake?

Where can I get some? I went to the Panama event in Mount Prospect Park and one of the vendors had just sold their last shark and bake an hour earlier.

Where can I get some in Brooklyn?

Gloria's on Nostrand at Sterling Place sells shark & bake.

Does Glorias sell shark & bake every day or just certain days? I heard about some other place on St Johns Pl in Crown Heights that also has shark & bake, anyone knows the address. I never had it but watched an episode with Bizarre Foods With Andrew Zimmern where he went to Trinidad and had some and wanted to taste it ever since.

Try the West Indian Day Parade on Eastern Parkway on Monday. INCREDIBLE food, including Shark and Bake, most likely.

The problem is not filling up on other stuff before you find a shark & bake tent. I will keep an eye out. They should market this stuff with "As seen on TV"

Bumping an old thread because this recently came up in another discussion. I just got a tip for what is supposed to be great shark and bake: Best Bites at Church Ave and 46th St. I haven't tried it yet, but it comes highly recommended from trusted sources. If anyone tries it before me, please report back!

So noted. I doubt that it would be worth trying anything this weekend, what with Shark & Bake practically coming to my doorstep.

how about double? anyone on best doubles beside the parade?

best doubles are at A&A on Nostrand between Macon and Fulton. Get there before 1pm because they close when they sell out of whatever they made that morning.
