yes, according to the community association -- the plan is for condos and a starbucks.

Whoa! That is a huge building! I knew about the development but did not expect something so big - 61 apartments! medical offices, parking?

They say the irregular lot size and being adjacent to the subway has complicated the design and approval process - I guess that is why its been taking so long.

It really doesn't look like it belongs there at all.

It will change the face of the neighborhood.

The people living there will have a nice view of drug busts from their windows. Like the one I saw last night on Franklin and Lincoln!

It labels each of them on the top left of the frame. Look for Eastern Parkway.

I would consider buying there if they took those hideous balconies off. Anybody know how big they will be? How much $$?

If you hated this design, you'll detest the Novo and Crest, two new buildings on 4th Avenue bet. 5th and 7th Streets in Park Slope. It must be the new look.

this is a rendering i found while doing some research, it looks alot sexier than the one on Kaufman's website.
