St. Marks block association?

Anyone on St. Marks bet. Kingston and Albany interested in forming a block association? Anyone know how it's done?

Come on, someone out there must live on St. Marks and I'm calling all of you! Come on, come on, come on, people. Let's get it together.

Furthermore, Sweet Tea, if I could get you involved in something that actually helps change the community, rather than keep us all holed up blogging to one another because we are afraid to speak openly in the street, I'd be happy to tuck my tail between my legs and run from this forum.

umm.... i'm not afraid to talk to people on the street. i'm even involved in a community org, believe it or not.

i certainly don't want you to run from this forum.

but i also don't live on st marks. i hope you find some folks who do.
