Arecibo: Occasionally a Bad Neighbor

I would estimate that roughly 75% of the horn-honking that occurs in my part of the Slope is attributable to Arecibo drivers. And I don't mean the toot-toot that happens when a driver rolls up to a house. I mean the kind of horn-honking that occurs milliseconds after a light turns green.

I use Arecibo regularly, like their drivers, and really appreciate their service, but what a bad neighbor!

Agreed! And aggressive. And sidewalk hogging chica whistling a-holes. But yep, I use em too sometimes.
